Some change on the server (November Archive v3)

Hello,

Some changes have been made on the server:

• ✔️ changes of convoy and replacement by several levels which spawn randomly on the map (easy, medium, ...)
• ✔️ PvP on the server will be activated 5 days before the forced wipe in order to let off steam and empty our coffers.
• ✔️ modification of the recycler (inventory), modification of the recycling parameter so that the items return directly to your inventory and that the order is accessible to all (/rec)
• ✔️ adding a new plugin to be able to manage our own tc
